A man from the Czech Republic was sentenced today in Platte County to three years in prison for failing to return an $80,000 recreational vehicle he had rented. Milos Gaspar, 44, was convicted in January of failure to return rental property after authorities found him in Belize aboard a luxury yacht, which, authorities said, Gaspar also had rented and failed to return.
